Parent & Child! Your child can bring mom, dad, or even a grandparent into the gym for lots of fun and fitness. Having the young child be with a family member allows them the opportunity to grow comfortable in a group setting and at their own pace. Safety is very important so each class is structured with planned activities. This permits 5-8 minutes at the end for supervised free-play time. This is a fun and energetic setting for the parent/family member and child to share, communicate and bond!

At this stage, students are able to execute & coordinate exercises and they are coached the basic skills of gymnastics. Classes are held in a fun atmosphere where abilities are built up through the use of positive and creative, even playful routines. The goal for these classes is to improve & increase the skill capacity of the children and in doing so fostering a love for gymnastics. Classes meet for 50 minutes, 1, 2 or 3 times a week.
This class was created to provide a channel for children to progress towards competitive gymnastics. Student’s ages are 6 to 8 years old. As they develop more physical, technical and psychological abilities they become poised for promotion to the Pre Team Class. Coaches evaluate every gymnast in the Beginner classes to determine admissions to Pre Team. Classes are still held in a playful manner and the rhythm is based on each child’s potential. The goal is to develop basic skills for a long lasting career in high level gymnastics. Classes meet for 80 minutes, 3 times a week.
