Welcome to Hawkeye Gymnastics registration page. We’ve decided to work with a monthly tuition. We understand that families have a monthly budget and we want to make things easier for our clients. Once enrolled, you will be billed the monthly tuition for the class every 1st of the month. Do you want to cancel your registration or take a break? No problem, we want you to have the flexibility to fit the classes into your schedule.
Here are a few details about our billing system:
- Tuition will be charged by invoice sent monthly to students.
- New enrolled students will pay the monthly fee proportioned to the date they entered the class.
- Students are charged a $20 yearly registration fee.
- Cancellations can only be done in person.
- Students can apply for an exemption of their monthly fee for pre-communicated absences between 20 and 60 days.
- Absences for over 60 days will require a new registration fee and are subject to availability for the class.
